Patient Testimonials: Betty, One Year After Surgery
“The procedure I had done is an unsual procedure. They did an x-ray [on] my spine and it looked like it was moth-eaten. It had holes in it. If I had had any type of accident of any sort, that area which holds up your skull, would break off. Dr. Dorman at that time said that he had came up with an invention. It was a tool to go in, pull the biopsy from it, and then go ahead and try tp put the cement in there. I told him that was fine, let’s try it, it's never been done before. And it worked.
The recovery time, really, was really short. It really surprised me. And everything was great. You know, the pain was gone.
We tried everything we could without having to do surgery, and it just didn't work. But once we knew we were going to have to do some type of surgery, something to take care of it, he did a fantastic job, and he’s great.”
